I have this CD for 16 years now and although I have also bought the two others that Barry produced after I keep on listening to this as my favourite one.The songs are so well performed, the choice is perfect, the one with KT Oslin is fenomenal. Hope this album would be available for ever because it is just PERFECT. (I'm a fan of Barry. did you note it.
If you like Barry Manilow, you'll love this CD. 'Because It's Christmas' is wonderful, and the way it all flows together.great effort by a tremendous entertainer.
Their banter back and forth was fun. Every song was great. Nice jewish boy makes a great Christmas album. I can never get enough of Barry.I enjoyed finding out he graduated from Juliard. This really got me into the spirit. I especially liked "Baby, it's cold outside", with K.D Lang. And that he is the same % of Russian that I am. He's one cool dude.
I enjoy barry manilow's music, so this fit in with the music collection I have of his c.d.s There were familar songs and new songs which i both enjoyed.
If you love Barry, you'll love this album. If not, you probably shouldn't bother. Full of charming Christmas music, arranged with the Manilow touch.
